WAESI is a U.S.-based non-profit organization committed to advancing ecological and social integrity through education, research, and outreach. We deeply appreciate the generosity and support of our donors, partners, and community members.

1. Donations
All donations made to WAESI are non-refundable. This includes one-time donations, recurring contributions, and any other financial gifts made through our website or affiliated platforms.

Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at luke@waesi.org, and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

2. Event Registrations, Merchandise, and Other Transactions
WAESI does not offer refunds for:

Event registrations or tickets
Merchandise or promotional items
Educational materials or digital downloads
Any other payments made through our website
All transactions are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing for a specific event or product.

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of:

Duplicate transactions
Technical errors resulting in incorrect charges
To request a review of such cases, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at luke@waesi.org with proof of payment and a description of the issue.
